Usage:
NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1341" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1341" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The ROPS mounting bolts may not have been tightened to the correct torque during final assembly on certain D3C III, D4C III, D5C III Tractors and 933 and 939 Loaders. These mounting bolts need to be checked and tightened to the correct torque.

Dealers will NOT need to order parts for this Program.
Action Required
Tighten the 4 ROPS mounting bolts (2 each side, see Illustration 1) to 900 ± 100 N·m.
