千万不要折弯吊环螺栓和支架。 吊环螺栓和支架只能承受张力负荷。 要记住当支承构件和物体之间的角度小于90°时，吊环螺栓的承载能力变小。 当必须在某一角度搬移部件时，只能使用具有适当额定载荷的连杆支架。 |
使用起重机搬移重的部件。 使用一个可以调节的吊粱起吊发动机。 所有的承载构件(链条和钢丝绳)应互相平行。 链条和钢丝绳与被吊物的上部尽可能保持垂直。
有些搬移工作要求用吊装工具吊装，以确保平衡和安全。
只在搬移发动机时，才使用发动机上的吊耳。 如果吊耳失落，请参考零件手册，查找正确的吊耳和螺栓。
吊耳是为特定的发动机配置而设计和安装的。 这些吊耳是在发动机制造过程中安装的。 改动吊耳和/或发动机会使吊耳和吊具不适合改动后的情况。 如果对吊耳和/或发动机做过改动，则应确保提供合适的起吊装置。 有关发动机正确起吊的吊具资料，请与卡特彼勒代理商联系。
