A New Warning Film Is Now Available for the Material Handling Arms {6542, 7405}

Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual , SEBU8470 , "Fusion Material Handling Arm".

A new warning film is now available for the material handling arms listed below. The new film is provided to warn the operator of potential hazard of the tube falling out of the frame assembly.

Install film (1) to the left-hand side of any older material handling arms in the field that do not have the film. Apply the film as near to the end of the frame assembly as possible as shown in Illustration 1. The material handling arm groups are listed in Table 1.

Note: When adjusting the tube length, position the material handling arm approximately 203.2 mm (8.0 inch) to 304.8 mm (12.0 inch) off the ground before removing the pin and extending the tube assembly to the desired position.
