(1) Apply a thin coat of 2P-9065 Lubricant to the bore and to the seal groove in the cylinder.
(2) Assemble the rings and seals so that each brown ring is installed between a black ring and a seal.
(3) Apply a thin coat of 2P-9065 Lubricant to the outer diameter and to the seal grooves of the piston assembly.
(4) Tighten the valves to a torque of 34 ± 5 N·m (25 ± 4 lb ft).
(5) Fill the hole with 2P-9065 Lubricant.
(6) No air is allowed in this area after assembly.
(7) Dimension for installation of the seal ... 0.5 ± 0.5 mm (0.02 ± 0.02 inch)
