(3) Control console (base)

The control system provides operation, monitoring and system protection for the pumper. The control system consists of the following components: control console, digital gauges, mechanical gauges and battery disconnect switch. From the control console, the operator has the ability to control the truck engine and the deck engine. The operator can also control the transmissions and the pumps. Digital gauges and mechanical gauges are used in order to monitor the system parameters. The control console also incorporates pneumatic toggle switches which operate piping valves. Operating these valves allows the operator to control the process of cementing.
