- Turn the test valve (6) to the isolated position.
- Connect an air hose to the quick connect hose fitting / test port (5) .
- Apply a pressure that is 50 kPa (7 psi) higher than the specified setting of the contactor (1) to the test port (5) .
- Slowly reduce the pressure. Monitor the pressure as the contactor changes states.
- If the contactor (1) changes states at the specified setting within 10 kPa (1.5 psi), then the setting is good. Refer to the Testing and Adjusting, "Contactor - Adjust"section of this manual, if the contactor (1) does not change states at the specified setting.
