Engine Oil Pressure is Low

Usage:

下述情况会导致出现发动机机油压力低的指示:

  • 发动机机油油位低

  • 发动机机油压力表有问题

  • 发动机机油污染

  • 发动机机油循环不正常

  • 部件磨损

发动机机油油位低

检查发动机机油油位。 如果发动机机油油位太过低于吸油管,发动机机油泵就无法向发动机部件提供足够的润滑。 如果发动机机油油位低的话,添加机油以便达到正确的油位。 有关应使用的正确的发动机机油,请参阅操作和保养手册, "发动机机油"。

发动机机油压力表

参考测试和调整, "发动机机油压力 - 测试"。 如果发动机机油压力表不正确,安装新的压力表。

发动机机油污染

发动机机油被另一种液体污染将会导致发动机机油压力低。 发动机机油油位高可能说明机油受到污染。 应确定发动机机油受到污染的原因,并进行必要的修理。 更换发动机机油和发动机机油滤清器。 有关应使用的正确的发动机机油,请参阅操作和保养手册, "发动机机油"。

发动机机油循环不正常

以下几个因素可能引起发动机机油循环不正常:

  • 发动机机油滤清器阻塞。 更换发动机机油滤清器。

  • 某一发动机机油油管或油道被断开或出现断裂。 更换油管或清洁油道。

  • 发动机机油冷却器阻塞。 彻底清洁发动机机油冷却器。

  • 活塞冷却喷嘴或顺序阀有故障。 顺序阀打开后,活塞冷却喷嘴将发动机机油引向活塞底部以冷却活塞。 同时也为活塞销提供润滑。 断裂、阻塞或安装不正确的活塞冷却喷嘴都会导致活塞咬缸。

  • 发动机机油泵吸油管的进口滤网可能会有阻塞。 该阻塞会导致气穴的形成和机油压力降低。 检查吸油管上的进口滤网,清除所有可能阻塞发动机机油流动的物质。

  • 吸油管吸入空气。 检查吸油管的接合处有无裂纹或损坏的 O 形密封圈。

  • 发动机机油泵有故障。 检查发动机机油泵齿轮是否过度磨损。 发动机机油泵齿轮磨损过多时发动机机油压力就会下降。

部件磨损

曲轴或凸轮轴轴承的间隙过大将会造成发动机机油压力低。 同时也要检查摇臂轴和摇臂之间的间隙。 检查发动机部件是否间隙过大。
