Note: Wipe all the fittings before you lubricate the fittings.

Lubricate the fittings. There are six fittings. There are 3 fittings on the left side of the fork and 3 fittings on the right side of the fork. There is one fitting on each of the four pins (1) and (3) that mount the cylinders to the fork clamp and to the fork carriage. Two of the pins (1) mount the top of the cylinder to the fork clamp. The other two pins (3) mount the bottom of the cylinder to the fork carriage. The other two fittings are located on the pivot pins (2) that mount the fork clamp to the fork carriage.
