Fan Drive - Disassemble
Start By:
- Remove the fan drive.
- Remove the six bolts (1) that secure the fan hub (3) to the fan drive pulley (2). Remove the fan hub (3) from the fan drive pulley (2).

Illustration 2 g00482521 - Remove the O-ring seal (6) from the fan drive pulley. Remove the two bolts (4) and the retaining washer (5) that secures the fan drive pulley (2) to the shaft (7). Remove the fan drive pulley (2) from the shaft (7).

Illustration 3 g00482531 - Remove the spacer (8), grease fitting (9), dowel pin (10) and the shaft (7) from the mounting bracket (11).
