- 卸下飞轮护罩 (1)、联轴器护罩 ( 2) 以及发电机护罩 ( 3)。

图 4 g00589974 - 卸下将发动机联轴器 ( 6) 和发电机联轴器 ( 5) 固定至发电机连接板 ( 7) 的螺栓。

图 5 g01039497 - 卸下滤清器 (11)，以便露出发电机底座右侧的安装螺栓及销的检修孔。
注: 销孔的加工及销钉的安装完成前需进行最终对齐。
注: 标记发电机在底座上的位置。 将垫片保持在恰当位置，以便安装。
- 使用 1/2 英寸螺栓及垫圈卸下销 ( 13)。
- 拧松对齐螺栓 (8)。
- 拆下螺栓 (9)。 检查螺栓上的密封件是否损坏。 如有必要，更换密封件。
- 将适当的起吊设备连接在连杆支架 ( 4) 和 (12) 上。
- 从发电机底座上卸下发电机 ( 10)。

- 将适当的起吊设备连接在连杆支架 ( 4) 和 (12) 上。
- 将发电机 (10) 安装在发电机底座上。
- 检查螺栓上的密封件是否损坏。 如有必要，更换密封件。 确保密封件安装在清洁的螺栓上。 安装八个螺栓 (9)。
- 拧紧对齐螺栓 (8)。
- 安装销 (13)。
- 安装滤清器 (11)。
