MID 036 - CID 0542 - FMI 13 Unfiltered Engine Oil Pressure cal required
Conditions Which Generate This Code:
The primary Electronic Control Module (ECM) records one of the following conditions. The Diesel Lube Oil Engine Filter Inlet Pressure Sensor never calibrated. The pressure is greater than ± 27 kPa (4 psi) from the compartment pressure. The ECM reads oil pressure less than 35 kPa (5 psi). The pressure is greater than 130 kPa (19 psi). The oil pressure changes more than 25 kPa (3.6 psi) during a calibration attempt. The diagnostics 274-03 or 274-04 are active.
System Response:
The CID-FMI may be viewedon a display module or on the Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET). The diagnostic codes are active. The diagnostic codes are not logged in memory.
Test Step 1. Perform the following test: Analog Sensor - Calibrate

- OK - Stop.
- REPAIRED, OK - Stop.
