MID 036 - CID 1335 - FMI 03 DLO Eng Filter In Press Sensor open/short to +batt
Conditions Which Generate This Code:
The primary Electronic Control Module (ECM) reads signal voltage that is greater than 4.8 VDC for one second. The ECM has been powered for three seconds. The diagnostic codes 262-03 and 262-04 are not active.
System Response:
The CID-FMI is logged in memory. The CID-FMI may be viewedon a display module or on the Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET). The ECM flags the filtered diesel lube oil inlet pressure as invalid data. A default value of 500 kPa (73 psi) is used.
Test Step 1. Perform the following test: Engine Sensor Open/Short Test
Results:
- OK - Stop.
- REPAIRED, OK - Stop.
