- 利用压具将轴和轴承装入皮带轮 (3) 中。 安装轴，直到轴与皮带轮 (3) 的端面齐平为止。

- 将轴、轴承和皮带轮 (3) 作为一个整体压入水泵壳中。 皮带轮 (3) 前端与水泵壳加工面间的距离必须为 103.8 ± 0.3 mm (4.09 ± 0.01 in)。

- 利用工具 (C) 将密封 (5) 装入水泵壳中。
