Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Inspect the condition of the O-ring seal. Replace the seal, if necessary.
Note: Ensure that the mounting surfaces for the engine oil pump are thoroughly clean.
- Install the O-ring seal. Position engine oil pump (3) on the cylinder block.

- Install two bolts (1) and bolt (2) .
End By: Install the engine oil pan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Oil Pan - Remove and Install".
