- 从吸油管 (2) 的管组件上拆下螺栓，然后从发动机机油泵上拆下密封垫。 从发动机机油泵上拆下螺栓和出口弯头 (1) 。

- 将螺栓 (3) 、垫圈 (4) 和惰轮 (5) 从机油泵上拆下。

- 利用工具 (A) 和适当的压具将轴承从惰轮 (5) 上拆下。

- 将发动机机油泵轴 (6) 从机油泵体组件 (7) 上拆下。
- 利用工具 (B) 拆下驱动齿轮 (8) 。
- 拆下螺栓 (10) 。 将机油泵壳 (9) 从机油泵壳体组件 (7) 上分离。

- 将轴组件 (11) 和 (12) 从机油泵壳 (9) 上拆下。

从泵壳上拆下驱动轴之前，确保驱动轴上没有毛刺。 如果驱动轴上有毛刺，很可能会划伤泵壳内孔。 |
- 将以下各项从机油泵体组件 (7) 上拆下：螺栓和垫圈, 弹簧 (14) 和 机油卸压柱塞 (13)
