Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Remove and Install".

1. Use a suitable lifting strap to support the front idler and the track adjuster, as shown above.

2. Slide the front idler and track adjuster (1) out of the undercarriage frame. Weight of the front idler and track adjuster is 32 kg (70 lb).

3. Remove four bolts (2) in order to separate track adjuster (3) and front idler (4) .

4. Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the front idler and the track adjuster on the other side of the machine.
