Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the travel motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Travel Motor - Remove" in this manual.

1. Remove rotary assembly (1) from motor housing (2) .

2. Remove control unit (3) from motor housing (2) .

3. Use Tooling (A) to remove swash plate (4). Remove piston rod (5) .

4. Remove shaft (6) from motor housing (2) .

6. Remove four bolts (8). Remove block assembly (9) from motor housing (2) .

8. Use the correct retaining ring pliers in order to remove retaining ring (11). Remove seal (12) from the motor housing (2) .
