Removal Procedure

1. Use Tooling (A) to attach the suitable lifting straps on the top of the cab assembly.

2. Disconnect electrical connector (1) behind the right side console.

3. Remove two screws (2) and plastic cover (3) .

4. Remove two bolts (4) and washers from the cab assembly.

5. Remove two bolts (5) and washers.

6. Remove the cab assembly from the upper structure with the suitable lifting straps. Weight of the cab assembly is 200 kg (440 lb).

Installation Procedure

1. Use Tooling (A) to attach the suitable lifting straps on the top of the cab assembly. Place the cab assembly on the upper structure. Weight of the cab assembly is 200 kg (440 lb). Be sure that the mounting holes in the cab assembly are aligned with the mounting holes in the upper structure.

2. Install washers and two bolts (5) to the cab assembly. Tighten bolts to a torque of 80 ± 15 N·m (59 ± 11 lb ft).

3. Install washers and two bolts (4) to the cab assembly. Tighten bolts to a torque of 80 ± 15 N·m (59 ± 11 lb ft).

4. Install plastic cover (3) with two screws (2) .

5. Connect electrical connector (1) behind the right side console.
