Installation Procedure


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

  1. Use a suitable lifting device to position the exhaust manifold on the engine. Ensure that the gaskets are in the proper position.

  2. Install bolts (7), (8), and (9).

  3. Install bolts (5).

  4. Install tube (6).

  5. Install tubes (1) and (4). Install clamp (3).

  6. Install clamp (2) and connect tube (1) to the gas pressure regulator.

  7. Turn on the gas supply.

End By:

  1. Install the aftercooler.

  2. Install the turbochargers.
