SUBJECT: IGNITION SWITCH FOR THE MHE CR MACHINES

PROBLEM:

The stopper or anti-restart mechanism may become stuck because of the corrosion that can be produced from the switches internal parts. This corrosion prevents the cylinder from rotating.

SOLUTION:

Chrome plating is carried out on the switch body and the internal parts of the ignition switch. This chrome plating will prevent corrosion; which in turn, will allow the cylinder to rotate.

The new part number for the start switch is 237-3530. This part number replaces the former part number 222-6862.
