When reporting the repair, use "PS53109" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing 352-7204 Relief Valve of the drift reduction valve can leak oil internally on certain 345D, 349D, 349E, 349F, and 352F Excavators. If the existing line relief valve causes low pressure not to adjust pressure, it will lead to damage on the internal oil seal. |

ACTION REQUIRED
1. Check the relief pressure. 2. Replace the existing 352-7204 Relief Valve with a new 487-3702 Relief Valve Group on the 352-7016 Load Control Valve Group for boom/stick drift reduction valve. 3. Tighten the new relief valve to a specified torque of 122.5 +/- 2.5 N.m. |
