注: 此步骤在 G3612 发动机上进行。 这是配备发电机的所有机型的典型步骤。
- 卸下联轴器护罩 (2) 、发电机护罩 (3) 及飞轮护罩 (1) 。

- 卸下连接发动机联轴器法兰 (6) 和发电机联轴器法兰 (5) 的螺栓。 卸下联轴器盘 (7) 。

- 卸下滤清器 (11) ，以便露出发电机底座右侧的安装螺栓及销的检修孔。

- 使用 1/2 英寸螺栓及垫圈卸下销 (13) 。
注: 销孔的加工及销钉的安装完成前需进行最终对齐。
注: 标记发电机在底座上的位置。 将垫片保持在恰当位置，以便安装。
- 拧松对齐螺栓 (8) 。
- 拆下螺栓 (9) 。 检查螺栓上的密封件是否损坏。 如有必要，更换密封件。
- 将工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备安装在发电机上。
- 从发电机底座上卸下发电机 (10) 。

- 将工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备连接至发电机。

- 将发电机 (10) 定位在发电机底座上。
- 检查螺栓上的密封件是否损坏。 如有必要，更换密封件。 确保密封件安装在清洁的螺栓上。 安装螺栓 (9) 。
- 拧紧螺栓 (8) 。
- 安装销 (13) 。
- 安装四个滤清器 (11) 。
- 安装联轴器盘 (7) 。 安装将发动机联轴器法兰 (6) 连接至发电机联轴器法兰 (5) 的螺栓。
