無論出現何種類型的洩漏 (冷卻液、潤滑油或燃油)，都要將液體清除乾淨。 如果觀察到洩漏，要找到源頭，並修復此洩漏。 如果懷疑有洩漏，要進行比規定更為經常的液位檢查，直到發現洩漏或解決洩漏為止，或者證明對此洩漏的疑慮是多餘的。 |
- 當引擎操作於最低閒置時間時，請檢查引擎油位。 在油位儀錶 (量油計) 的"低怠速"側觀察油位。
- 檢查潤滑油系統是否有油盤、油篩檢程式和汽門蓋遺漏。
- 在軟管連接處檢查冷卻系統是否洩漏。
- 檢查空氣進口系統管路和彎頭是否有裂縫以及鬆動的夾子。
- 檢查排氣系統是否洩漏。
- 若外殼有天窗，則請以適當的操作檢查天窗。
- 觀察儀錶。 請確認引擎轉速的正確讀數。 紀錄儀表資料。
- 紀錄發電機效能的資料。 請參見用於發電機和控制面板的操作與保養手冊。
