气门沉陷 - 气门及气门座会随时间磨损。 这会使气门沉陷到缸盖中。 这种情况叫“气门沉陷”。

排气门和气门座在高工作温度下表现出最严重的磨损。 上部大修通常根据排气阀的磨损来计划。

获得缸盖内气门沉陷的准确测量值是很困难的。 按照以下方法确定气门沉陷:

  1. 拆下气门室盖。 有关说明,请参阅维修手册, "拆解和组装"模块。

  2. 将摇臂移离气门杆顶部。

  3. 使用深度千分尺。 获得从气门杆尖端到缸盖的测量值。 获得每个排气门的此测量值。

复制几份此操作和保养手册, "气门数据表"(参考资料章节)。 将测量值记录在表上。

  • 应在完成初始起动测试和发动机调试之后,再测量排气门杆的凸出量。 这个测量值是基准线。 此基准线可作为随后测量的参考。

  • 在第一次换油周期时测量排气门旋转器的凸出量。 图 1 所示为确定随后保养周期的日程表。

例如,假设在首次换油时,气门沉陷约为 0.152 mm (0.0060 in)。 根据日程表 (C),下一个测量该气缸的周期为 5000 工作小时。 另一个气缸的气门凹陷量可能约为 0.254 mm (0.0100 in)。 根据日程表 (A),下一个测量该气缸的周期为 3000 工作小时。

  • 达到最大极限值的70%后,在每 750 个工作小时时,测量排气门杆凸出量(涡轮增压式发动机)。 对于自然吸气式发动机,每 1500 个工作小时进行测量。

  • 当气门杆凸出量达到最大极限值时,应计划进行上部大修。 当气门挺杆凸出量总共增加了 2.3 mm (0.09 in) 时,应进行上部大修。 请勿让气门沉陷超过这个极限值。 否则气门盖可能破裂。 这将对燃烧室和涡轮增压器造成严重损坏。
