1. Periksa terhadap Kode Diagnostik

A. Sambungkan Cat® Electronic Technician (ET) untuk menentukan apakah ada kode diagnostik untuk solenoid injektor. Periksa apakah kode trim injektor telah dimasukkan. Lakukan "Injector Solenoid Test" (Uji Solenoid Injektor). Amati bahwa solenoid injektor dialiri arus di Cat ET. Lakukan "Cylinder Cutout Test" (Uji Pemutus Silinder). Cari silinder yang mengalami salah pengapian. Rujuk ke uji fungsional diagnostik Pemecahan Masalah, "Solenoid Injektor".
 

Kode Diagnostik
 

Hasil: Tidak ada kode diagnostik.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 2.

Hasil: Ada kode diagnostik.

Perbaikan: Pecahkan masalah kode diagnostik sebelum melanjutkan prosedur ini.
 

2. Periksa Sistem Pemasukan Udara dan Sistem Buang

A. Periksa tekanan manifold udara masuk. Periksa apakah ada pembatasan dan/atau kebocoran udara masuk. Rujuk ke buku petunjuk Pengoperasian Sistem/Pengujian dan Penyetelan untuk informasi lebih lanjut.

B. Periksa apakah ada kebocoran antara manifold buang dan turbocharger. Periksa apakah ada pembatasan buang. Rujuk ke buku petunjuk Pengoperasian Sistem/Pengujian dan Penyetelan untuk informasi lebih lanjut.
 

Sistem Udara Masuk dan Buang
 

Hasil: Sistem pemasukan udara dan sistem buang OK.

Operasikan kembali engine.

Hasil: Sistem pemasukan udara dan sistem buang TIDAK OK.

Perbaikan: Perbaiki atau ganti komponen apa pun yang rusak atau aus.
