  1. Install the rotational safety lock (13) on the Pulverizer.

  1. Install tooling (A) to fittings (14) and (15) .

  1. Start the machine. Run the machine at high idle until the hydraulic oil reaches normal operating pressure.

  1. Attempt to rotate the Pulverizer to the right. Record the reading on the pressure gauge. The gauge should increase to read 17000 kPa (2465 psi).

  1. If the gauge does not reach 17000 kPa (2465 psi), then there is internal leakage within the hydraulic system. The relief valve setting may be lower than the specified value.

  1. Attempt to rotate the Pulverizer to the left. Record the reading on the pressure gauge. The gauge should increase to read 17000 kPa (2465 psi).
