- Install the rotational safety lock (11) on the Pulverizer.

- Install tooling (A) to fittings (12) and (13) (S/N: 1ZX, 4GW, 2LW, 2WW). Install tooling (B) to fittings (2) and (3) (S/N: 3FW, 3RW).

- Start the machine. Run the machine at high idle until the hydraulic oil reaches normal operating temperature.
- Move the attachment control lever to the OPEN position. Record the flow meter reading.
- Move the attachment control lever to the CLOSED position. Record the flow meter reading.
The maximum recommended cylinder flow for each model is listed below.
- P16 & P20 ... 200 L/min (53 US gpm)
- P25 & P28 ... 250 L/min (66 US gpm)
- P40 ... 400 L/min (106 US gpm)
- P60 ... 600 L/min (159 US gpm)
- P25 & P28 ... 250 L/min (66 US gpm)
- P16 & P20 ... 200 L/min (53 US gpm)
- Refer to the Testing and Adjusting procedures of the machine if the oil flow is incorrect.
