Rotator Cycle - Time

Personal injury or death can result from escaping fluid under pressure.

Escaping fluid under pressure, even a very small pin-hole size leak, can penetrate body tissue and cause serious injury and possible death. If fluid is injected into your skin, it must be treated immediately by a doctor familiar with this type of injury.

Always use a board or cardboard when checking for a leak.

  1. Move the machine with the attachment to a smooth level location.

  1. Conduct a good visual inspection of all hoses, fittings, and components.

  1. Activate the parking brake.

  1. Start the machine. Run the machine at high idle until the hydraulic oil reaches normal operating temperature.

  1. Position the Pulverizer in a centered position.

  1. Move the attachment control lever to the RIGHT position. Record the time in order to rotate the Pulverizer for 360 degrees.

  1. Position the Pulverizer in a centered position.

  1. Move the attachment control lever to the LEFT position. Record the time in order to rotate the Pulverizer for 360 degrees.

  1. The time is different for each model. The values are listed below.

    P16 and P20 ... 4.4 sec

    P25 and P28 ... 4.1 sec

    P40 ... 4.6 sec

    P60 ... 5.4 sec

  1. If the cycle times are not correct, refer to the Testing and Adjusting procedures of the machine and adjust the oil flow.
