The rotator motor is a gerotor motor that is mounted in the ring gear assembly.
Hydraulic oil that is under pressure enters port (1) or port (2). The hydraulic oil travels from port (1) or port (2) into cavity (5). Cavity (5) is the area that is formed by the rotor assembly (3). The hydraulic oil under pressure causes rotor assembly (3) to rotate.
Rotor assembly (3) is connected to intermediate shaft (4) and output shaft (6). Shaft (4) always rotates with gear (3). The shaft is connected to a drive gear that turns the ring gear. This causes the Pulverizer to rotate.
