| Torque to 15 ± 3 N·m (11 ± 2 lb ft). |

| 2 | 1 | 119-5927 Shaft | Assemble the wastegate plate to the shaft, leaving the mounting bolts loose. Then assemble the axial stop, washer, and the cover. Tighten the bolts to the standard torque. Fully close the wastegate plate and tighten the mounting bolts to the standard torque. Bend the lock ends upward to secure the bolt position. Assemble the spacer and covers assembly onto the shaft. Make sure that the shaft can be rotated freely. |

| 4 | 1 | 102-1694 Plate | With the wastegate plate assembled on the shaft, fully close the plate. Assemble the lever to the wastegate shaft. Assemble and adjust the connecting rod. The shaft lever is positioned at 45 degrees ± 1.5 degrees Counter Clockwise (CCW) from the horizontal centerline of the cross shaft. |
