1     2     5P-9960 Bolt     Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads before assembly.    
Torque to
15 ± 3 N·m (11 ± 2 lb ft).
2     1     119-5927 Shaft     Assemble the wastegate plate to the shaft, leaving the mounting bolts loose. Then assemble the axial stop, washer, and the cover. Tighten the bolts to the standard torque. Fully close the wastegate plate and tighten the mounting bolts to the standard torque. Bend the lock ends upward to secure the bolt position. Assemble the spacer and covers assembly onto the shaft. Make sure that the shaft can be rotated freely.    
3     2     8M-2295 Bolt    
4     1     102-1694 Plate     With the wastegate plate assembled on the shaft, fully close the plate. Assemble the lever to the wastegate shaft. Assemble and adjust the connecting rod. The shaft lever is positioned at 45 degrees ± 1.5 degrees Counter Clockwise (CCW) from the horizontal centerline of the cross shaft.    
5     8     0S-1591 Bolt     Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads before assembly.    
6     2     5L-3291 Ball Bearing As     Assemble the rod ends to provide equal thread engagement in each rod. Lubricate the fittings and orient as shown.

1     1     8C-7321 Rod End     Assemble the rod ends to provide equal thread engagement in each rod. Also lubricate the fittings and orient the rod as shown.    
2     2     039-9234 Rod     Lubricate the threads before assembly.    
3     -     -     Fully open the wastegate plate and ensure that the pointer on the actuator stops at the internal stop of the actuator (The 100 Position). Make sure that the plate does not travel below the horizontal plane of the wastegate plate. (Adjust the connecting rod to prevent the plate from going below)    
3     2     1F-7958 Full Nut     Torque nuts to
60 ± 12 N·m (44 ± 9lb ft)    
4     1     8C-7315 Rod End     Assemble the rod ends to provide equal thread engagement in each rod. Also lubricate the fittings and orient the rod as shown.
