Description Of Change: A bracket assembly in the steering lines group is improved on the machines listed above. The improved bracket assembly mounting bracket thickness has increased. The improved bracket thickness will increase the service life of the bracket assembly.

461-6698 Bracket As part of 461-6675 Steering Lines Gp mounting bracket thickness has changed. The bracket thickness has increased from 6 mm (0.24 inch) to 12 mm (0.47 inch). The new bracket assembly mounting bracket thickness is effective with 461-6698 (change level 01).

Note: 461-6698 Bracket As was effective in production with the machines S/N:MT5112-UP. The 461-6698 Bracket As (change level 01) should not be used on S/N:MN51-UP and ; S/N:MT51-111 unless Special Instruction, M0083847, "Procedure to Improve the Steering Lines and A/C Lines on Certain 794 AC Off-Highway Trucks", has been applied to machine.

Note: S/N:MN51-UP and ; S/N:MT51-107 uses a 449-1410 Bracket As part of 442-3271 Steering Lines Gp. S/N:MN5108-111 uses a 449-1410 Bracket As part of 461-4170 Steering Lines Gp.
