Problem

Operator joystick control functions may become intermittent or may not work properly on the machines listed above.

Do not operate or work on this product unless you have read and understood the instruction and warnings in the relevant Operation and Maintenance Manuals and relevant service literature. While troubleshooting the loss of operator joystick control functions, check control harness assembly (A) and control harness assembly (B) for the failures given below:

• Rubbing

• Cuts

• Abrasions

• Broken wires

In the event of any of the above failures, follow the instructions given below for resolution of console harness problems.

(1) 3S-2093 Cable Straps (C) 454-8996 Cab Harness As (A) 374-4370 Console Harness As

1. Re-route the 374-4370 Console Harness As (A) behind the seat and secure to the mounting holes in the frame using three 3S-2093 Cable Straps (1).

2. Use the additional two 3S-2093 Cable Straps (1) to secure 374-4370 Console Harness As (A) to 454-8996 Cab Harness As (C) as shown in Illustration 2.

Note: Be sure not to cross the harnesses causing rub points.
