While troubleshooting the loss of operator joystick control functions, check control harness assembly (A) and control harness assembly (B) for the failures given below:

  • Rubbing

  • Cuts

  • Abrasions

  • Broken wires

In the event of any of the above failures, follow the instructions given below for resolution of console harness problems.

  1. Re-route the 374-4370 Console Harness As (A) behind the seat and secure to the mounting holes in the frame using three 3S-2093 Cable Straps (1).

  2. Use the additional two 3S-2093 Cable Straps (1) to secure 374-4370 Console Harness As (A) to 454-8996 Cab Harness As (C) as shown in Illustration 2.

Note: Be sure not to cross the harnesses causing rub points.
