Improved PL Ready Harness Is Now Available for Certain Cat® Product Link PL542 Devices {7606}

An improved PL ready harness is now available for certain Cat® Product Link PL542 devices that are listed above. The improved 532-5452 Wiring Harness (change level 01) includes the proper receptacle needed on the machine side and can be used immediately.
To correct any 532-5452 Wiring Harness (change level 00) in inventory. Order 102-8801 Receptacle Kit and replace the C1 connector with 3E-5179 Connector Receptacle As.
Perform the below steps for replacing the C1 connector:
- Remove all six wires from the C1 connector using the appropriate tool.
- Cut off the existing wire sockets.
