The problem that is identified below does not have a solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
Users noticed that the assets are properly registered, but due to data sharing issue the Universal Customer Identification (UCID) is not associated to the asset in the back-office database. Due to this issue the customers may not be able to view their devices in "my.cat.com".
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem and the issue will be addressed in the upcoming back-office software update expected to release by late July 2018.
