Engine and Torque Converter - Separate

Start By:
- Remove engine and torque converter.
- Use Tooling (A) and suitable cribbing to support the engine and torque converter. The weight of the engine and torque converter is approximately
4068 kg (8970 lb) . - Disconnect hose assembly (1). Disconnect three harness assemblies (2).

- Remove bolt (4) and disconnect P-clip (5). Remove cable strap (6) and position harness assembly (2) out of the way.
- Remove four bolts (9) and remove manifold (8).

- Remove bolt (11) and remove bracket (12).

141 kg (310 lb) . - Remove four bolts (15). Remove pump group (16) and the O-ring seal.
