Water Spray Pump - Remove and Install

Start By:
- Engage the steering frame lock.
- Open door assembly (1).

- Remove bolt (3) and disconnect the ground cable.

Illustration 4 g06023654 - Cut cable straps (8) and reposition the harness assemblies out of the way.
- Disconnect hoses (9).
- Remove bolts (6) and water spray pump (7).
- Repeat Steps 6 and 7 for the remaining water spray pump.

- Install water spray pump (7) in the reverse order of removal.
- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolts (6).
- Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of
15 ± 3 N·m (133 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of
30 ± 7 N·m (266 ± 62 lb in) .
