A scab plate for bucket assembly is now available for the machines listed above. The scab plate can be welded near the bucket hinge area to reinforce the bucket structure.

Fabricate scab plates as per the dimensions shown in Illustration 1 and Illustration 2.

Weld the fabricated scab plates (1) as per dimensions shown in Illustration 4 near the hinge areas of the bucket. Chamfer edges of all scab plates from (A) through (B) to avoid interference with weld.
