Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the screed control.

1. Separate control group (2) from screed control (1).

2. Turn screed control (1) over and remove four bolts (3) and the four washers.

3. Position screed control (1) on a work surface with control group (2) facing up.

4. Disconnect harness assemblies (4) from control group (2).

5. Remove control group (2) from screed control (1).

6. Remove 13 bolts (5) and the 13 washers.

7. Separate the two halves of screed control (1).

8. Disconnect harness assemblies (6), harness assembly (7), and harness assembly (8).

9. Disconnect harness assemblies (9) and (10).
   Show/hide table

10. Disconnect harness assembly (11), harness assembly (12), and harness assembly (13).

11. Disconnect harness assembly (14) from the back half of screed control (1).

12. Remove the four bolts, the eight washers, the four nuts, and disconnect harness assembly (15) from the back half of screed control (1).

13. Remove stop switch (16) from the front half of screed control (1).

14. Remove the six nuts, the six washers, and key pad modules (17) (not shown) from the front half of screed control (1).

15. Remove the two bolts, the two washers, and rocker switch (18) from the front half of screed control (1).

16. Remove the nut and horn assembly (19) from the front half of screed control (1).
