Test ECM Mode

  1. 搜索发动机的最新闪存文件。

  2. 利用电子维修工具上的 "Copy Configuration(复制配置)"功能从可疑 ECM 上复制参数。

    注: 如果 "ECM 更换"功能不能使用,则将编程设定值记录到"参数工作表"中。 同时记录系统配置参数。

  3. 断开可疑 ECM。 暂时将测试 ECM 连接到发动机上。 不要将测试 ECM 安装到发动机上。

  4. 利用最新版本的软件闪存编程测试 ECM。

  5. 起动电子维修工具上的"测试 ECM 模式"。 通过 "Service(维修)"菜单使用该功能。 电子维修工具将显示测试 ECM 的状态和为"测试 ECM 模式"剩余的小时数。

    注: 只有尚未在 ECM 正常工作期间编程设置发动机序列号时,才能启动 "Test ECM Mode(测试 ECM 模式)"。 如果已经编程设定发动机序列号而 ECM 并不处于 "Test ECM Mode(测试 ECM 模式)",则决不能将此 ECM 用作测试 ECM。

  6. 利用电子维修工具上的"复制配置"功能对测试 ECM 编程。

    注: 如果 "ECM 更换"功能不能用,用以下工作表中的数值编程测试 ECM:

    • 参数工作表

    • 配置参数

  7. 将发动机序列号编程设定到测试 ECM 中。

    注: 首先必须启动激活 "Test ECM Mode(测试 ECM 模式)",然后才能将发动机序列号编程设定到新 ECM 中。

  8. 确认测试 ECM 消除了故障。

启动 "Test ECM Mode(测试 ECM 模式)"后,内部正时器会设置一个 24 小时时钟。 只有在 ECM 通电且钥匙开关处于 ON 位置时,此时钟才倒计时。 ECM 倒计时 24 小时完成后,ECM 会退出 "Test ECM Mode(测试 ECM 模式)"。 参数和发动机序列号将被设定。

如果测试 ECM 消除了故障,就可以释放发动机,同时 "Test ECM Mode(测试 ECM 模式)"仍为激活状态。

ECM 一旦进入"测试 ECM 模式",则在定时器超时前,将始终处于"测试 ECM 模式"。 在"测试 ECM 模式"超时前,随时可以将"测试 ECM 模式"复位到 24 小时。

如果 ECM 用作多台发动机的测试 ECM,重新激活"测试 ECM 模式"。 重新激活会将参数重置为默认值。 随后利用"复制配置"功能将参数编写到测试 ECM 中,或者将参数人工编程到正确值。
