Truck Payload Measurement System (TPMS)

The TPMS is integrated into VIMS 3G. TPMS will calculate and record the Data that follows:

Time stamp - The "Date/time" that marks the start of the payload cycle.

Payload - The weight of the material that is being moved.

Loading Time - The amount of time that is required to load the truck.

Stopped Empty Time - The "total time" that is recorded for a truck that is "stopped while empty" during the payload cycle.

Traveling Empty Time - The "total time" that is recorded for a truck that is "traveling while empty" during the payload cycle.

Travel Empty Distance - The "total distance" Traveled by the truck while the truck was empty.

Stopped Loaded Time - The time that is recorded when a truck with a full load is not moving during the payload cycle.

Traveling Loaded Time - The time that is recorded when a truck with a full load is moving during the payload cycle.

Transmission Shifts - (Mechanical drive only) The total number of transmission shifts "up or down" that were made during the payload cycle.

Used Fuel - The total fuel that is used during the payload cycle.

ID of the Operator - The identification number for the operator.
