The Cat® TKPH/TMPH Tire Analysis System is a feature that resides within VIMSTM. This feature:
- Is used by tire manufactures to measure the ability of a tire to carry a load over a time period.
- Was designed for different applications and manufacturers at the requests of customers
- Is configured using Cat Electronic Technician (Cat® ET) and VIMSpc

Truck Payload Measurement System (TPMS)
The TPMS is integrated into VIMS 3G. TPMS will calculate and record the Data that follows:
Time stamp - The "Date/time" that marks the start of the payload cycle.
Payload - The weight of the material that is being moved.
Loading Time - The amount of time that is required to load the truck.
Stopped Empty Time - The "total time" that is recorded for a truck that is "stopped while empty" during the payload cycle.
Traveling Empty Time - The "total time" that is recorded for a truck that is "traveling while empty" during the payload cycle.
Travel Empty Distance - The "total distance" Traveled by the truck while the truck was empty.
Stopped Loaded Time - The time that is recorded when a truck with a full load is not moving during the payload cycle.
Traveling Loaded Time - The time that is recorded when a truck with a full load is moving during the payload cycle.
Transmission Shifts - (Mechanical drive only) The total number of transmission shifts "up or down" that were made during the payload cycle.
Used Fuel - The total fuel that is used during the payload cycle.
ID of the Operator - The identification number for the operator.
