New Multifunction Switch As is now available for certain machines that are listed above.

The new 339-9363 Multifunction Switch As is a direct replacement for the existing 199-8411 Multifunction Switch Gp with the addition of an external 471-0264 Wire As (horn wire). The new Multifunction Switch As part number is listed in Table 1.

For older machines, the 471-0264 Wire As must be added to install the new 339-9363 Multifunction Switch As. Perform the following procedure to route the 471-0264 Wire As :

1. Install the 339-9366 Control Switch As (2) onto the steering column using 9X-2536 Bolts (3), 8T-0328 Hard Washers (4), and 3B-4502 Lockwashers (5) .

   Note: Reuse the same hardware.

2. Route the 471-0264 Wire As between the cab harness and the electrical connection to the horn button.

3. Secure the 471-0264 Wire As to the Multi Function Lever harness with tie straps.
