油箱含有以下机器系统的油:转向系统, 举倾系统, 制动系统 和 风扇驱动系统。 回油管滤清器位于油箱内。

活塞泵 (5) 为变量泵。 活塞泵由发动机驱动,并向转向系统和举倾系统供油。 活塞泵的输出受负载感应压力控制。

活塞泵 (4) 为可变排量泵。 活塞泵由发动机驱动,并向制动系统、风扇驱动系统和举倾系统供油。 活塞泵的输出受负载感应压力控制。

两个活塞泵均连接至主控制阀 (1) 。 主控制阀控制至上述所有机器系统的油流。 主控制阀确保转向系统接收来自活塞泵 (5) 的优先流量。 主控制阀还确保制动系统接收来自活塞泵 (4) 的优先流量。

转向系统通过连接至计量泵的方向盘操作。 计量泵向转向油缸输油,以铰接机器。

制动系统通过连接至制动控制阀的制动踏板操作。 制动控制阀允许压力从蓄能器输送到前桥行车制动器。 根据后行车制动器的配置,制动控制阀允许压力从蓄能器输送到行车制动器或后机架行车制动器。

当机器运转时,停车制动器通过停车制动蓄能器中的压力分离。 当发动机关闭,或者操作员将停车制动器操纵杆移到接合位置时,停车制动器通过弹簧力接合。

举倾系统通过驾驶室中的举倾操纵杆操作。 举倾操纵杆通过电气方式连接至举倾控制阀 (3) 。 此连接控制主控制阀和举倾油缸 (2) 之间的油流。 举倾控制阀通过来自主控制阀的先导压力操作。 此先导压力的大小通过电气方式控制。

辅助转向系统由连接至蓄电池的电动驱动泵提供动力。 如果压力开关感应到转向系统中的低压力或者驾驶室中的开关按下,电动驱动泵启用。
