Check the Area Isolation System (AIS) LADAR Connector on CAT® Command for Underground Equipped Machines{1439}

Introduction
The problem that is identified below has a known permanent solution. Use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
Field service reports indicate that the AIS LADAR connector may be incorrectly wired. The ground wire White and the 24 VDC wire Brown may be incorrectly terminated.
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of the problem, and an interim repair has been defined. Refer to the following information.
- Remove two screws (2) and 366-3041 Connector Gp (3) from AIS LADAR (1) .

- Ensure M12 connector (4) is wired correctly to 30 pin connector (5). Refer to Illustration 2, Illustration 3, and Table 1.
