油箱含有以下机器系统的油:转向系统, 推料器系统, 制动系统 和 风扇驱动系统。 回油管滤清器位于油箱内。

活塞泵 (6) 为可变排量泵。 活塞泵由发动机驱动,并向转向系统和推料器系统供油。 活塞泵的输出受负载感应压力控制。

活塞泵 (5) 为变量泵。 活塞泵由发动机驱动,并向制动系统、风扇驱动系统和推料器系统供油。 活塞泵的输出受负载感应压力控制。

两个活塞泵均连接至主控制阀 (1) ,且主控制阀控制流向上述所有机器系统的油。 主控制阀确保转向系统接收来自活塞泵 (6) 的优先流量。 主控制阀还确保制动系统接收来自活塞泵 (5) 的优先流量。

转向系统通过连接至计量泵的方向盘操作。 计量泵向转向油缸输油,以铰接机器。

制动系统通过连接至制动控制阀的制动踏板操作。 制动控制阀允许压力从蓄能器输送到行车制动器。

当机器运转时,停车制动器通过停车制动蓄能器中的压力分离。 当发动机关闭,或者操作员将停车制动器操纵杆移到接合位置时,停车制动器通过弹簧力接合。

推料器系统通过驾驶室中的推料器操纵杆操作。 推料器操纵杆通过电气方式连接至推料器控制阀 (3) ,推料器控制阀控制主控制阀与推料器油缸 (4) 和货箱后门油缸 (7) 之间的油流。 推料器控制阀通过来自主控制阀的先导压力操作。 此先导压力的大小由先导控制执行器通过电气方式控制,先导控制执行器是推料器控制阀的一部分。 当驱动机器时,位置传感器确保推料器油缸保持完全缩回。

辅助转向系统由连接至蓄电池的电动驱动泵提供动力。 如果压力开关在转向系统中感应到低压力,电动驱动泵启用。 当选择驾驶室中的开关时,泵也将启用。
