If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

ACTION REQUIRED
For the ordering the engine, generator, and radiator, have the Dealer Technical Communicator (TC) submit a request for the parts to CPI number 441412 through CPI Feedback within the Service Information Management System (SIMSi). Mounting hardware in the Parts Needed are ordered through the Morton parts system. Refer to relevant assembly and disassembly, specifications, testing and adjustment guides for detailed procedures related to the following steps: 1. Ensure all relevant vessel and engines systems are locked out and tagged as per local safety regulations and all rigging equipment used for lifting is adequately controlled and inspected by trained personnel. 2. Remove the generator. Remove existing generator monitoring fuse panel assembly and wiring. Extract displaced generator to an appropriate storage location. Ensure main rotor is secured during lifting and transit. 3. Remove the core engine. Extract displaced core engine to an appropriate storage location. 4. Remove the radiator. Extract displaced radiator to an appropriate storage location. 5. Install the new radiator. Use new securing hardware. 6. Install the new balanced core engine. Use new securing hardware. 7. Install the new generator incorporating previously removed generator monitoring fuse panel assembly ensuring all wiring is clipped and secure against chaffing. Use new securing hardware. 8. Carry out generator commissioning. |
