Ammonia Sensor - Remove and Install - Ammonia Sensor if Equipped
拆卸步骤
- 确保氨气传感器没有跌落或受到撞击。 如果氨气传感器跌落或受到撞击，必须整体更换氨气传感器。

注: 切断电缆扎带时，确保线束组件未损坏。

- 将线束组件 (9) 从控制模块 (4) 上断开。
- 将氨气传感器 (2) 从 OEM 管组件 (1) 上拆下。 拆卸氨气传感器时，确保线束组件 (9) 未损坏。 将氨气传感器的探头置于塑料袋中，并用电缆扎带固定塑料袋。 确保氨气传感器传感元件没有被污染。
- 如有必要，遵循步骤 6.a 至 6.c 从支架 (7) 上拆下氨气传感器控制模块 (4) 。
- 从接头 (8) 上断开 OEM 线束组件。
- 将螺栓 (5) 和垫圈 (6) 从控制模块 (4) 上拆下。 拆卸螺栓时，支承控制模块。
- 将控制模块 (4) 和线束组件 (9) 从支架 (7) 上拆下。

- 确保氨气传感器无磨损或损坏。 如果磨损或损坏，将氨气传感器作为一个整体进行更换。
- 检查 OEM 管组件中氨气传感器安装点的螺纹有无磨损或损坏。 如果安装点磨损或损坏，更换 OEM 管组件。 有关正确的步骤，请参阅 OEM 信息。
- 如有必要，遵循步骤 3.a 至 3.d 从支架 (7) 安装氨气传感器控制模块 (4) 。
- 将控制模块 (4) 定位到支架 (7) 上。 确保控制模块正确定向到支架上。
- 将垫圈 (6) 和螺栓 (5) 安装到控制模块 (4) 上。 安装螺栓过程中，支承控制模块。
- 拧紧螺栓 (5) 至扭矩为 12 N·m (106 lb in)。
- 将 OEM 线束组件连接到接头 (8) 上。

- 使用工具 (A) 轻轻润滑氨气传感器 (2) 的螺纹。
- 从塑料袋上拆下氨气传感器 (2) 的探头。 将氨气传感器安装到 OEM 管组件 (1) 上。 安装氨气传感器时，确保线束组件 (9) 未损坏。
注: 确保氨气传感器传感元件没有被污染。
- 使用工具 (B) 将氨气传感器 (2) 拧紧至扭矩为 50 N·m (37 lb ft)。
- 将新电缆带 (3) 安装到线束组件 (9) 上。 确保所有电缆扎带安装在线束组件上。 请参阅 OEM 信息，了解正确的位置和正确的安装步骤。
注: 确保电缆扎带符合 OEM 技术规格。
- 将蓄电池断路开关转到接通位置。
