Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32982" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
New software is available to be flashed on certain WSP255 Well Stimulation Pumps. The existing software can reset to default settings when flashed over which will cause issues with data management. |

ACTION REQUIRED
If flashed with the previous flash file 558-3035, or flashing with the current flash file 567-3054, or the latest available on SIS Web on to the A5P1 PEMS units, follow the instructions below. 1)Download an ECM replacement file prior to updating any software on the A5P1 PEMS kit. 2)Flash the updated software. 3)Load the ECM replacement file that was previously saved and ensure all parameters have been programmed correctly for the pump the kit is installed on. If the flash of file 558-3035 or 567-3054 has previously taken place the following steps should be taken to insure the configuration remains correct. 1) Make sure the SEA is still enabled (Well Stimulation Pump Condition Monitoring System Installation and System Enable Status should be Installed and Enabled. 2) Make sure the Firing Order, Diameter, Stroke Length, and Gear Ratio are all programmed according to the pump that is installed on the unit. |
