- 将螺栓 (1) 和螺栓 (2) 从气门机构盖 (3) 上拆下。
注: 螺栓有两种不同的长度。 记录不同螺栓的位置。
- 将气门机构盖 (3) 从气门机构盖底座 (5) 上拆下。
- 将密封垫 (3) 从气门机构盖 (2) 上拆下。
- 如有必要，将曲轴箱呼吸器的分离器从气门机构盖底座上拆下。 有关正确的步骤，请参阅拆解和组装, "曲轴箱呼吸器 - 拆卸"。

- 彻底清洁气门机构盖的所有密封垫表面。 清洁气门机构盖底座的密封垫表面。

注: 确保密封垫完全座入气门机构盖的凹槽中。
- 确保线束组件 (6) 不会与气门机构盖底座 (5) 的摇臂接触。 将气门机构盖 (3) 安置在气门机构盖底座 (5) 上。 确保组装程序期间线束组件 (5) 不会截留。 安装螺栓 (1)。
- 将螺栓 (1) 和螺栓 (2) 安装到气门机构盖 (3) 上。
- 按照图 4 中所示的数字顺序拧紧螺栓 (1) 和螺栓 (2)。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为
22 N·m (195 lb in) 。 - 将呼吸器软管连接到曲轴箱呼吸器的分离器上。 有关正确的步骤，请参阅拆解和组装, "曲轴箱呼吸器 - 安装"。
