Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the hydraulic tank.

1. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cover assembly (1). The weight of cover (1) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Remove bolts (2) and cover assembly (1) and gasket.

2. Remove cap assembly (3).

3. Remove screen (4).

4. Remove retainer (5) and the sight glass.

5. Remove nuts (6).

6. Remove screens (7).

7. Remove bolts (8), drain plug (9), and the O-ring seal.

8. Remove housing (10) and the O-ring seal.

9. Remove valve (11).

   Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure. Spring force will be released when covers are removed. Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.

10. Remove spring (12) and valve guide (13).
