Usage:
(1) Drill twenty-four 8.7 ± 0.76 mmØ (0.34" ± 0.03"Ø) holes (A) in the base at locations shown. Drill two 6.8 mmØ (0.27"Ø) holes (B) 23.0 mm (0.91") deep. Make 5/16"-18-2B threads 15.0 mm (0.59") deep in holes (B).
(2) Install 4W177 Base Assembly (1) and 4W178 Base (2) loosely to base (3). Install four 4W175 Base Assemblies (4) and two 4W176 Panels (5) loosely to the base. Install 5N5716 Post Assembly (6) and 5N5717 Post Assembly (7), 5N5711 Frame (8) and 5N5712 Frame (9), and 5N5721 Brace Assemblies (10) on 5N5718 Grill Assemblies (11) to make the end assemblies. Fasten the end assemblies to bases (1) and (2). Fasten 5N6229 Panel Assembly (12) and 5N6230 Panel Assembly (13) to Panels (5).
(3) Put 4W171 Panel Assembly (14) and 4W172 Panel Assembly (15) in position. Loosely fasten the top panels together, to panels (12) and (13) and to end assemblies (16) and (17). Install 4W173 Baffle Assembly (18) and 4W174 Baffle Assembly (19) on end assembly (17). Install 5N6188 Door Assemblies (20) and 5N6189 Door Assemblies (21). Tighten the bolts in the following sequence: 1) top panel to top panel, 2) top panels to panel assemblies, 3) top panels to end assemblies, 4) end assemblies to end bases, and 5) end bases, side bases and center panels to the base. Make sure all doors open and close without interference.
